He listened to my needs regarding the speed with which I needed to sell my home. In particular, he explained which improvements to my unit would be necessary and which would not be helpful given my desired timeline. He helped me understand the current market conditions so I could know what to expect and understand what buyers were looking for. He helped me through numerous adversities ranging from uncooperative prospective buyers to ensuring we continued operating even while the town was snowed in! The RedFin team working with Mark, as well as the attorney referred to me by RedFin, were all top notch. Mark and his team ensured all loose ends were tied through the closing date, ensuring for a smooth sale even though I had to leave the country before the closing date. If I had not left the country, I would love to work with him a third time.

Mark was very helpful. For example, we left stuff for the house (like shower curtain rods or paint) that the buyer didn't want and Mark took care of it so we didn't have to come back and do it. He listened to our concerns throughout the whole process, gave us options, and gave his recommendations.
